Duties include teaching 5 courses per year, mentoring undergraduate students, and participating in departmental and/or school-wide committees and events. Ongoing professional work is encouraged and expected.

Managing and coordinating the Director’s schedule and appointments. Providing on-set and off-set support. Handling personal errands and day-to-day tasks.
Work closely with producers to find and coordinate all aspects of TV news segments.
Collaborate closely with the CCO to manage information and facilitate coordination and communication around AC’s production slate and active development projects.
Provide shot-by-shot logs for video specifically selected for permanent archive. Use video hardware to ingest physical media into a digital system.
Work closely with Tom Llamas, the Executive Producer, Senior Broadcast Producer, correspondents, and producers to ensure anchor copy is accurate, conversational, authoritative, and consistent with the editorial voice of the broadcast.
Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns. Editorial research. Assist with research for on-air appearances including shows, guest appearances, radio appearances and podcasts.
Assist with special projects, research, data analysis, and compiling information on current events as needed. Prepare pitch materials for clients and assist in sending submissions.
