Organize and maintain schedules, create rosters, and manage calendars for three busy Contract and Casting Administration executives. Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Manage complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents and managers, additional senior executives, and help drive the success of the Drama department.
Watch cuts and read incoming scripts to write loglines and log material.
Proactively manages smooth operations of the executives’ calendar, record-keeping, and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities. Read and watch material and provide feedback as necessary.
Reading scripts, writing coverage and engaging in/consuming and tracking various forms of media that could be of interest to the development team, including but not limited to podcasts, television series, movies, novels, comic books, web series, social media personalities, documentaries, articles, etc.
Providing script and book coverage. Conducting research projects. Cutting incoming pilot/series dailies.
Find and develop IP for potential projects. Prepare general creative feedback/notes on slate projects. Read and watch material and provide feedback on external submissions.
Provide high-level administrative support to the SVP of Casting, including managing a dynamic calendar, coordinating meetings, rolling/tracking calls, maintaining contacts, and preparing for daily engagements.
