Exercises excellent creative and business judgement, especially in spotting the potential in ideas. Manage relationships with creators, directors, producers, production companies, artist representatives and creative community.

Attend and participate in team brainstorm meetings, to collaborate on designing innovative and compelling multi-platform brand programs – while gaining an understanding of Bravo’s programming and capabilities.

Read, evaluate, and provide thoughtful coverage and feedback on incoming screenplays and creative submissions, demonstrating strong story instincts and enthusiasm for the development process. Track script & material submissions and maintain internal documentation.
