Coordinate general meetings, maintain scripts, production schedules, session sheets, cast lists, master lists and all other casting related documents for all shows. Edit and upload actor materials such as auditions, demos, etc via iMovie and Cast-It.
Prepare monthly YouTube content calendars, highlights, and metadata in Excel, aligned with Programming Director and YouTube team plans. Coordinate the creation of engaging content such as compilations, sneak peeks, and lifts to boost engagement and reach.
Work with the department to create workflows to streamline process/communication while balancing administrative tasks and larger projects. Taking notes in creative meetings, pitches and presentations as needed. Reading and providing feedback on incoming development materials.
Manage acquisition department databases, project records, and deal trackers, including logging pitches and submissions. Read scripts and provide coverage weekly.
Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure the team remains organized and aligned. Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and coordination across departments. Assist in preparing presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Set up, schedule, and coordinate initial kick-off and ongoing production meetings for our Unscripted productions. Serve as the primary production office contact through pre-production, production and wrap for Netflix Production Management.
Partner with department directors and managers to plan, prepare and provide the schedules of TV production crew and studio facilities, solving for logistical, budgetary, technical, and human dependencies.
Provide day-to-day administrative and creative support for unscripted studio executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination (in-person and virtual), travel logistics, and expense processing.
Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air. Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department. Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets.
