Maintain calendar, scheduling, travel arrangements and itineraries, and expense reports for the department’s co-heads. This includes arranging internal and external meetings, internal screenings, and working with company’s travel agency.
Track projects through all stages of development, maintaining up-to-date status reports for the creative executive team. Serve as a key point of contact for external creative partners including writers, producers, agents, and talent representatives.
Coordinate end-to-end activation workflows from RFP receipt through activation including kickoff steps, asset intake, routing materials for feedback, and final delivery of approved assets to execution teams.
Organizes a grid of current series, tracking weekly updates and deliverables (decks, sizzles, cuts). Provides pitch material coverage and gives feedback on various decks and sizzles. Reading articles and books looking for potential nonfiction stories.
Works with EVP Physical Production in handling the physical pre-production, production and wrap of major theatrical feature films (both domestic and foreign).
Support Digital Content Director in execution of content strategies for short form videos with a focus on SPT shows and IP. Assist with digital production, scheduling and deadlines as well as creator outreach & coordination.
Assist in the preparation of initial script clearance report memos and clearance report spreadsheets using SCOUT. Add and track clearance requests, releases, and issues in SCOUT, including uploading reference images and updating item statuses throughout the clearance process.
Work closely with the Film Officer team to provide relevant information in response to enquiries via email and phone, reply to requests and applications from small and medium productions. Support and distribute messages to Film Officers for complex medium and large scale shoots.
Maintain a detailed log of incoming scripts, pitches, and project submissions; track status and disseminate information to appropriate internal teams. Read scripts and prepare written coverage, summaries, and creative notes as assigned.
