Assist in the preparation of initial script clearance report memos and clearance report spreadsheets using SCOUT. Add and track clearance requests, releases, and issues in SCOUT, including uploading reference images and updating item statuses throughout the clearance process.

Work closely with the Film Officer team to provide relevant information in response to enquiries via email and phone, reply to requests and applications from small and medium productions. Support and distribute messages to Film Officers for complex medium and large scale shoots.
Maintain a detailed log of incoming scripts, pitches, and project submissions; track status and disseminate information to appropriate internal teams. Read scripts and prepare written coverage, summaries, and creative notes as assigned.
Coordinate a high volume of internal and external meeting requests and pitch submissions for department executives, updating creative materials, schedules, master lists and all other related documents. Manage the project submission process and upkeep of submission logs.
Manage submissions, prioritize readings, and track status once in development. Assist in tracking and coordinating scripted development and production across a robust slate of original movies.
Ensure weekly, timely receipt of key production documents including schedules, calendars, at-a-glance grids, etc. and distribute to appropriate teams as needed. Maintain department and division databases, assignment grids, and shooting calendars and update regularly.
Track submissions, maintain project logs, and update the development slate. Track competitive development at other studios and production companies. Track emerging material by spotting high-potential projects, monitor upcoming books, and matching directors or actors with scripts that fit their next move.
Process expense reports in accordance with established policy guidelines; track expenses and follow-up in timely manner. Participate in brainstorms and development meetings by pitching ideas and contributing your perspective where appropriate.
Contribute to the development of long-term rollout plans, release strategies, and specific premiere date recommendations for HBO & HBO Max OP (original programming) globally. Contribute to ongoing competitive content tracking materials with a focus on the evolving streaming OP landscape.
Provide administrative and personal support. Read creative materials and provide thoughtful feedback. Schedule meetings and manage the executive calendar.
