Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents, acting as the primary point of contact for scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Manage script/submission coverage and communication with story analysts internally as well as ensure that submissions are responded to externally in a timely fashion.

Assist Production Executives, Managers and Coordinators on roughly twenty films in various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production. Cover Executive desks and assist with scheduling and other admin responsibilities as needed. Read all available scripts.
Reading and evaluating incoming writing samples, scripts, cuts and other project materials. Learning to write coverage for both writer and director materials. Participating in project research to support development initiatives.
Manage complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents and managers, additional senior executives, and help drive the success of the Drama department.
Watch cuts and read incoming scripts to write loglines and log material.
Track submissions (scripts, books, writing samples); compile notes and feedback. Create notes documents and maintain development grids. Conduct research on talent, industry trends, and creative material to support development decisions.
Provide day-to-day administrative and project support including, but not limited to, note taking, meeting scheduling, meeting preparation, and meeting assistance.
Gather and organize pertinent data on available films playing at each festival/market. Gather extensive information on available films in all stages of production. Read and watch a high volume of weekly script and film submissions.
Actively participates in pitch meetings, reads pitch materials acquired through various sources and provides feedback on pitches. Collaborates with various creative talent, including writers, artists and directors, to oversee the creation of development materials from pitch through greenlight to series.
Proactively manages smooth operations of the executives’ calendar, record-keeping, and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities. Read and watch material and provide feedback as necessary.
