Collaborates with various creative talent, including writers, artists and directors, to oversee the creation of development materials from pitch through greenlight to series.
Proactively manages smooth operations of the executives’ calendar, record-keeping, and office, being mindful of deadlines and priorities. Read and watch material and provide feedback as necessary.
In-depth coverage of incoming material. Research on development projects, potential IP, etc. Provide notes and creative feedback on scripts in active development.
Heavy script and book reading. Complete coverage on incoming projects, summarizing the story and commenting on if it’s a project worth pursuing.

Reading scripts, writing coverage and engaging in/consuming and tracking various forms of media that could be of interest to the development team, including but not limited to podcasts, television series, movies, novels, comic books, web series, social media personalities, documentaries, articles, etc.
Daily industry trades coverage. Research projects regarding both new talent and competitive landscape. Opportunity to read and review designs, scripts, animatics, animation along with executives.

Extensive reading and script coverage. Learning the basics of the production pipeline for 11 minute and 22 minute series. Shadowing executives at all relevant meetings, notes sessions, board pitches, and screenings.
