We’re looking for an organised and proactive Production Assistant to support an upcoming production.
The individual will be supporting the Producer across pre-production and a 1-day shoot, helping with a mix of creative, practical, and administrative tasks. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across all areas of production and is ideal for someone enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Assisting the Producer with general pre-production tasks and research
- Supporting the casting process (scheduling, availability checks, admin)
- Providing administrative assistance to the production hub which includes Production and Legal Affairs. Helping with production paperwork (call sheets, contact lists, schedules, etc.)
- Researching travel options for contributors, writers and early production recces. Booking travel and accommodation and completing and sending out travel movement orders and assisting with any changes required.
- Logging and saving production documents as they come in from the production offices.
- Being a point of contact for visitors to the office and greeting guests.
- Generally ensuring the office is tidy, supplies are well-stocked, and everyone has a suitable workspace.
- Assisting the Producer with day-to-day running of the shoot. Helping ensure the shoot runs smoothly and to schedule.
- Greeting cast, contributors, and crew. Helping everyone feel welcomed and informed.
- Assisting with on-the-day logistics such as collecting food/refreshments, distributing meals, booking taxis and helping manage general on-set needs.
- Supporting cast, contributors, and crew as needed.
- Being proactive and adaptable to the needs of the production.
- Getting involved in a variety of tasks to gain broad production experience, both on the day and in the lead up to the shoot.
- Please note that whilst the main base will be in Shepherds Bush, the filming day won’t be. There may be travel and flexibility required on and around the filming date (24th February 2026 TBC).
Knowledge & Skills:
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to learn
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and readiness to help wherever needed
- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- No prior experience required, but a genuine interest in TV/film production is essential.
- A proficient IT user – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to manage conflicting demands.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team but is also motivated to work individually.

Contract Type: 2-week paid work experience
Dates and Hours: 12th to 25th February 2026; 9:30am – 6:00pm
