Responsible for a variety of daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, booking rooms, preparing and shipping materials, taking and distributing notes, ordering office supplies, and preparing for presentations, special events, and meetings
Manages day-to-day tracking of episodic status in production database. Breakdown scripts in various stages (Outline, 1st Draft, 2nd Draft) to assess episode complexity.
Track submissions (scripts, books, writing samples); compile notes and feedback. Create notes documents and maintain development grids. Conduct research on talent, industry trends, and creative material to support development decisions.
Provide top-notch hospitality for client visits, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in communal areas. Assist in desk moves, kit preparation for shoots, and handling deliveries, ensuring seamless operations.
Provide thoughtful feedback on IP, concepts, pitches and scripts, and collaborate with top creators across multiple countries. Collaborate with regional and global creative and productions executives across the International Originals team and provide insight and support on select projects as needed.
Work with the department to create workflows to streamline process/communication while balancing administrative tasks and larger projects. Taking notes in creative meetings, pitches and presentations as needed. Reading and providing feedback on incoming development materials.
Manage acquisition department databases, project records, and deal trackers, including logging pitches and submissions. Read scripts and provide coverage weekly.
