Oversee all administrative duties for the VPs of Production, including intense scheduling and management of calendars, managing phones, and handling expense reports. Perform coverage and other such reviews of creative and production material, as necessary.
Manage complex administrative tasks, anticipating needs, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, agents and managers, additional senior executives, and help drive the success of the Drama department.
