Tracks all ongoing projects and is well-informed of related activities and associated materials. Assists with building lists, creating decks, taking notes, conducting research, and executing special projects as needed.
Writes script coverage and tracks all submissions. Prepares documents such as deal memos, correspondence and expense reports. Proofreads, photocopies and distributes material.
Reviews all written submissions (screenplays, novels, etc) submitted by the creative executives utilizing the department database; verifying if prior coverage exists and/or managing and entering in new coverage submissions in the department database.
