Manage, maintain and provide professional production and post production resources. Oversee and manage the multimedia annual budget, cost tracking and monthly cost statements. Manage and maintain up-to-date lists of recommended freelancers and casual workers with a range of skills.
Identify, source and develop talent across the department’s scripted output, drafting and circulating breakdowns as well as leading and coordinating casting sessions to secure the strongest performers.
Assisting with admin and feedback for the editorial review process across the team. Liaise with other Production Assistant(s) and the wider Production Team and Company where necessary.
Create original format ideas across priority genres and for specific channels; looking for quick wins, premium tentpoles and returnable franchises. Track briefs, slots, ratings and competitor moves, positioning each idea to the right buyer and time.
Support production and development processes along with editorial support, such as script analysis of submissions and IP, research, pitch design and proofreading.
Support the executive assistant team in their day-to-day activities, including executive support, meeting and chaperoning guests and talent and aiding the President and EVP with ad hoc projects and tasks.
Shape the project from an early stage and be part of a genuinely collaborative development process.
Providing administrative assistance to the production hub which includes Production and Legal Affairs. Helping with production paperwork (call sheets, contact lists, schedules, etc.)
Work alongside current Producer’s Assistant and support in diary matters and wherever possible – and covering Producer’s Assistant’s responsibilities when absent.
