Responsible for managing both your Agents’ and Clients’ schedules, seeking new opportunities across the industry and quickly gaining an understanding and knowledge of clients’ work and specific requirements, ensuring the smooth running of your Agent’s office.
In conjunction with the Development Director, to update the label’s development slate and be responsible for other departmental development logs, databases and systems.
Oversees multiple cost trackers, across a range of scales, providing recommendations to Producers and Production Managers for bringing budgets in on target.
Build and maintain databases and shared drive documentation across multiple projects. Prepare spreadsheets and reports containing confidential information. Review budgets and pull financial information as needed.
Support VPs & EVP in their negotiations, including but not limited to evaluating commercial deals with external partners, drafting offer letters, submitting board approvals and managing internal systems and teams on the pathway to achieving greenlight for projects.
Working closely with the PA & Office Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the office and team schedules. Supporting the development team administratively as and when required.
Support the animation team throughout production by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes and tracking action points.
Compose cinematic stills that become the visual foundation of our films: setting the tone, framing, and lighting for every shot that follows, working alongside directors to turn intent into genuinely filmic frames.
Support the coordination of international format launches and pre-production sessions, both remote and in-person, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
