Oversee end‑to‑end development and sales of Alternative Unscripted series slate, from ideation and development through pitch and sales negotiation, as well as work closely with PSE production team to ensure premium execution of projects.
Schedule appointments, maintain and update the executive(s) daily calendars while anticipating needs of executive and team. Work independently and resourcefully, making decisions and solving problems across calendars and time management.
Evaluate drafts of current projects and create reports for distribution. Write episodic summaries and create current season reports. Track submissions, manage delivery of incoming scripts and cuts, and track shooting schedules.
Partner with writers, producers, showrunners, and creative teams to shape compelling narratives and character-driven storytelling. Review scripts, treatments, and pitches to identify high-potential projects that reflect TVA’s creative vision and audience strategy.
