Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Chief AI. Assist with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting materials. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed.
Support feature associate producers with project information, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring they have the elements to complete their tasks. Interface with clients if required elements for jobs are missing. Assist producer in the creation, actualizing and billing of work orders.
Track submissions, maintain project logs, and update the development slate. Track competitive development at other studios and production companies. Track emerging material by spotting high-potential projects, monitor upcoming books, and matching directors or actors with scripts that fit their next move.
Handle complex scheduling, submissions, research, pitch decks, and professional industry communication.
