Organizes a grid of current series, tracking weekly updates and deliverables (decks, sizzles, cuts). Provides pitch material coverage and gives feedback on various decks and sizzles. Reading articles and books looking for potential nonfiction stories.
Manage submissions, prioritize readings, and track status once in development. Assist in tracking and coordinating scripted development and production across a robust slate of original movies.
Overall administrative support for the two Vice Presidents. Scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, departments, and brands while respecting the need for flexibility and adaptability in an ever-changing environment
Support content partnerships and pre-buy initiatives, contributing to partner discussions, deal negotiations, and the development of collaborative opportunities that strengthen ITV’s content pipeline across film, series, and children’s programming.
TV Programming handles day-to-day scheduling of content on our networks; this includes short and long term planning of linear and multi-platform events, stunts and/or marathons.
Oversee the entire movie development process from concept to post-production, including idea generation, script development, casting, and final cuts through delivery.
Support production logistics by tracking call sheets, scripts, schedules, and other materials through digital platforms; assist with local on-set coordination as needed.
Prepare monthly YouTube content calendars, highlights, and metadata in Excel, aligned with Programming Director and YouTube team plans. Coordinate the creation of engaging content such as compilations, sneak peeks, and lifts to boost engagement and reach.
Managing complex calendars, meeting logistics and preparation, document preparation, expense reporting, travel booking, and miscellaneous administrative functions as needed. Tracking, monitoring, and guiding progress of projects and action items to ensure they remain on course.
