Duties include basic assistance with day-to-day tasks, ensuring the smooth execution of projects. Collaborating with hosts, producers, directors, and the production team. The role varies from project to project, including but not limited to logistics, research, asset gathering, and production support, for in-studio and field shoots.
Take notes during writer’s meetings, story note meetings, and animatic reviews. Ensure that executive notes are received in a timely manner, accurately transcribed, saved in the appropriate format, and distributed. Generate physical scripts for recording sessions (record drafts), as well as pickup and ADR sheets.
Assist with research for on-air appearances including shows, guest appearances, radio appearances and podcasts. Manage an active calendar of appointments and book and coordinate extensive travel arrangements.
Provide production support for the Writing team, within the scope of in-game dialogue, working in partnership with Design, Performance Production, and additional internal teams. Review and proofread scripts with a critical eye before they are sent for recording, following the production recording schedule.

Pitch story ideas relevant to the Big Money Show themes. Cut relevant video and sound for segments. Handle graphic elements for the show and social media.
Create and edit compelling videos and graphics. Pitch stories for news of the day and future segments. Book guests during breaking news situations.
Overseeing all aspects of production of Nightly News broadcast pieces including booking, writing, ordering or making graphics, gathering elements, editing, and producing both long-lead feature stories and day-of crash pieces.
