Support and contribute to the development of multi-platform sales materials (including but not limited to: show sheets, idea libraries, show clips, network rollouts, etc.) for NBC Prime and associated platforms including digital, social, and Peacock.

Understand the creative objectives of the project, provide leadership on productions from inception through final delivery to ensure creative alignment, managing logistics and finance to achieve the highest production value and editorial quality while ensuring productions are delivering on budget and on schedule.
Work closely with Associate Producers and Producers by assisting them in editing video and graphics. Search for best video and elements for open, lead intro for show, and various tells. Clear video for air, coordinating with Social Newsgathering and Rights and Clearances.
Assist with all aspects of production, from editing VO’s for the broadcast, to coordinating graphics, to pulling elements and researching. Assist producers and senior producers in the development of stories – booking, pre-interviewing, and element-gathering.
Track clients, breaking news stories, industry movement, and trends. Assist in new client discovery, pursuit, and signing. Prepare pitch materials for clients and assist in sending submissions to networks.
General administrative duties: maintaining files, copying, scanning. Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by Production Coordinator. Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by Production Coordinator. Set up and coordinate various meals, craft service, events, greet guests.
Produce in-studio segments and book high-profile guests, overseeing a segment from a pitch to live on air. Conduct pre-interviews and in-depth research on a wide range of topics. Write compelling and catchy scripts for air.
Provide administrative support, including heavy phones, coordinating meetings, schedules and travel, preparing expense reports, and producing correspondence. Read scripts, attend shows and provide feedback and research within the industry.
Create guest itineraries, coordinate travel, arrival, and parking details, and answer any questions from time of booking until post-show. Greet guests on show days, act as point of contact for any questions, and ensure they get to and from wardrobe, stage, etc.
Manage the greenroom, working directly with show teams to greet and keep their guests informed and content while visiting our studios. Engage and interact with high profile talent and guests, as a representative of FOX Business Network and Fox News Media.
