Negotiate and draft rights, writer, showrunner, producer, director, actor, overall/first look, and other above-the-line talent agreements with a keen understanding of industry standards and deal contexts.
Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings with internal and external participants. Screen and respond to calls/emails; draft, review, and manage correspondences, including memos and meeting agendas and notes.
Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence. Support VP in strategic priorities and monitor and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups. Anticipate executive needs and proactively address scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.
Lead an in-house Studio Development function dedicated to collaborating directly with creators. Lead creative teams effectively to ensure consistent, high-quality, on-brand execution. Work with creators to make their formats more bankable for advertisers and sponsorships, shaping shows that integrate seamlessly with brand partnerships.
Understand the creative objectives of the project, provide leadership on productions from inception through final delivery to ensure creative alignment, managing logistics and finance to achieve the highest production value and editorial quality while ensuring productions are delivering on budget and on schedule.
