The agent will be responsible for growing their own roster of top-level writers, scripted formats and development slate, whilst also identifying and nurturing scripted opportunities for existing InterTalent clients.

Coming up with, shaping and pitching brilliant new unscripted TV formats. Unscripted shows include reality shows, quizzes, makeover, dating, factual entertainment, factual, gameshows, lifestyle shows and lots more.

Participating in developing concepts and content for assigned programmes to be used across WBD Sports channels & platforms. Producing, editing and writing scripts, teases, features, and other elements for live and recorded shows.

Key responsibilities include organising and booking suppliers, coordinating local crew and runner hires, managing production logistics, supporting sustainability initiatives, and maintaining clear communication across all production departments throughout the project.

Collaborate with experienced creatives, gain hands-on exposure across the full production process, and take real ownership from day one.

Scheduling internal and external calls and meetings for colleagues and clients. Taking notes during calls and meetings. Preparing presentations for internal and client meetings, and presenting in staff meetings.

Key responsibilities include diary management, coordinating and booking crew travel and accommodation, overseeing accreditation processes, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the production office. 

Delivering creative projects from concept through to production. Oversee smaller design tasks while supporting wider campaign delivery, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.

Crafting treatments, moodboards, and story approaches based on client needs and brand narratives. Client comms: Guiding clients through the process from first contact to final sign-off.

Play a key role in the development process by tracking scripts, treatments, and materials. Support research and help keep the team informed on industry trends and new commissions.
