Schedules and manages EVP’s calendar including the coordination of meetings with multiple participants (internal and external partners). Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence.
Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings with internal and external participants. Screen and effectively respond to phone communication and email correspondence. Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to the appropriate area or person.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to two Vice Presidents, acting as the primary point of contact for scheduling, correspondence, and general administrative tasks. Manage script/submission coverage and communication with story analysts internally as well as ensure that submissions are responded to externally in a timely fashion.
Manage a rapidly changing calendar, including high-volume internal and external meetings. Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including logistics and itineraries.
