Handles daily incoming general calls, mail, faxes and e-mails regarding statements, cue sheets, membership, applications, publisher information and anything that pertains to film/TV royalties.
Maintaining calendars for our executives, in place, including booking and confirming meetings. Maintaining a log used to track projects and their status. Taking notes in meetings and circulating information to the broader team.
Accompany the leader in key internal and external meetings. Capture high-level notes, synthesize complex discussions into actionable outcomes, and ensure follow-up on strategic commitments.
Read scripts and creative materials, review cuts/dailies, and summarize notes from meetings, calls, and screenings. Create presentations, correspondence, reports, and other internal or external communications.
Managing appointments & reservations, maintaining Rolodex, booking conference rooms, facilitating IT support, generating parking passes, managing arrivals, cataloging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail, coordinating meals, setting reminders, and ordering & restocking office materials.
Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP/Head of Development and additional executives as needed. Proactively anticipate executive and departmental needs while managing competing priorities.
Manage special projects as designated, specifically related to administrative and coordination. Read and screen materials and provide prompt creative feedback to the team. Interact with and act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders.
Track and read submissions and writing samples and offer written thoughts/coverage in a timely manner. Offer critical feedback on creative submissions. Support and track ongoing efforts to search for fresh comedic and artistic voices.
