This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

What We Do:

  • The Rockstar Games Writing team helps to produce and track hundreds of thousands of lines of dialogue across multiple projects.
  • We support a global, creative team in developing narratives, characters, dialogue, in-game media, world building interactions, and world-building discoveries.
  • We help to ensure that dialogue is written and recorded in accordance with project timelines and that dialogue and related animations are implemented and tested to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide production support for the Writing team, within the scope of in-game dialogue, working in partnership with Design, Performance Production, and additional internal teams.
  • Review and proofread scripts with a critical eye before they are sent for recording, following the production recording schedule.
  • Evaluate scripts to break down character dialogue requirements and prepare for recording.
  • Maintain a substantial number of scripts as well as accurate trackers and documentation for scripts and characters.
  • Collaborate with leads and producers in developing and maintaining writing pipelines.
  • Be responsive to any changes and feedback post-delivery and prioritize any follow-up tasks.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience as a script coordinator for games or film/TV.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work fast while still being ultraprecise and rigorous about quality control.
  • Ability to adjust and respond to rapidly shifting priorities in a milestone-based production environment.

Pluses:
