Unapologetic Projects is a film finance and television production company dedicated to championing underrepresented voices. The company is seeking a Development Coordinator to join its growing team. The ideal candidate is smart, driven, and deeply passionate about independent film. A love of reading, discovering new material, and scouting emerging filmmakers is essential.
Serving as the connective tissue of the company, the Development Coordinator will support the two Co-CEOs across both administrative and creative functions. Responsibilities include managing phones and scheduling, as well as assisting with the creative development and evaluation of new projects. Growth within the role is strongly encouraged and actively supported.
Previous assistant experience is required.
The position is in-person on Mondays, with remote work Tuesday to Friday.
