We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to support a busy Talent Manager. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced entertainment environment. The ideal candidate is passionate about the industry, resourceful, and eager to grow within the talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, industry professionals, and internal teams.
- Assist in talent submissions, auditions, and project coordination.
- Maintain and update talent rosters and other essential databases.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
- MUST have 1-3 years of experience in talent management, entertainment, or casting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, InEntertainment, Breakdown Services, Eco-Cast, Cast It, Casting Networks, IMDB Pro, iMovie and other industry related services.
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.
- A high level of professionalism and discretion when dealing with talent and industry executives.
- Passion for the entertainment industry and talent development.
