You will be the preliminary point of contact for all administrative inbound and outbound aspects for the Chief Executive Officer that include: calendar management, setting and scheduling meetings, note-taking, rolling calls, managing and submitting expense reports, etc.

Maintain an awareness of the agent’s obligations (internal and external) to anticipate needs. Manage heavy call volume. Schedule meetings based on a complex calendar.

Organize and prioritize deadlines, follow through on tasks and keep your manager informed of your progress. Roll calls, take detailed notes, and manage / update submission log and call log. Read and provide coverage on a high volume of material (books, scripts, etc).

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Creative Development Executives, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, call scheduling, and travel arrangements. Assist in the creative evaluation process by reviewing scripts, drafting coverage, and compiling feedback.
