Proactively originate, identify and secure distinctive unscripted ideas, formats, talent-led concepts, strategic partnerships and existing intellectual property for FOX.
Lead the negotiation of complex agreements with creators, talent, influencers, production companies, and digital media partners.
Manage the development pipeline, including pitches, presentations, pilots, proof-of-concepts, step deals, and first-season orders.
Determine creative strategy for projects and administer creative notes to showrunners, writers, and producers on all outlines, scripts, and cuts of current series.
Manage priority business development opportunities across Fulwell’s key business areas, including film, television, digital, branded entertainment, live, talent-led ventures, and new IP initiatives.
Oversee development and current production of select scripted series. Provide constructive creative feedback on all script drafts for projects in development and in conjunction with collective notes from the development team.
Partner with showrunners, producers, and department heads to ensure AI solutions meet creative and operational needs.
Review, manage, and assess various department schedules and reports on films – identify risk areas and help address and/or escalate issues. Help production management on films to problem-solve on day-to-day challenges, as needed.
Act as a thought partner for Producers, and Associate/Line Producers in navigating production hurdles; workshop issues ranging from inventory backlogs and catch-up plans to technical bottlenecks and communication breakdowns.
