Assist with all office duties (telephones, schedules, calendar, files, correspondence, travel, expense, reports, etc.) for EVP of Physical Production. Serve as liaison between production office and studio with respect to policy and procedure compliance and verify systems are in place.

Ensure weekly, timely receipt of key production documents including schedules, calendars, at-a-glance grids, etc. and distribute to appropriate teams as needed. Maintain department and division databases, assignment grids, and shooting calendars and update regularly.
Process expense reports in accordance with established policy guidelines; track expenses and follow-up in timely manner. Participate in brainstorms and development meetings by pitching ideas and contributing your perspective where appropriate.
Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, and talent on a regular basis and therefore professionalism and great customer service is needed. Tracking internal docs (i.e. status of pitches, what is being read by the team, what has been passed on, what the team is acquiring).
Provide administrative and personal support. Read creative materials and provide thoughtful feedback. Schedule meetings and manage the executive calendar.
Provide day-to-day administrative and creative support for unscripted studio executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination (in-person and virtual), travel logistics, and expense processing.
Plan and manage the physical production for UTAS pilots, sizzles, trailers and series. Oversee on-set production employees to ensure best-in-class productions as well as drive efficiencies and economies of scale.
