Assist with all office duties (telephones, schedules, calendar, files, correspondence, travel, expense, reports, etc.) for EVP of Physical Production. Serve as liaison between production office and studio with respect to policy and procedure compliance and verify systems are in place.

Coordinate meetings, maintain database of all casting and production related materials. Interface with all levels of NBCU as well assist in communication with talent agencies, management companies, casting directors and the creative community at large on a daily basis.
Ensure weekly, timely receipt of key production documents including schedules, calendars, at-a-glance grids, etc. and distribute to appropriate teams as needed. Maintain department and division databases, assignment grids, and shooting calendars and update regularly.
Interface with creative executives, agents, producers, and talent on a regular basis and therefore professionalism and great customer service is needed. Tracking internal docs (i.e. status of pitches, what is being read by the team, what has been passed on, what the team is acquiring).
Provide administrative and personal support. Read creative materials and provide thoughtful feedback. Schedule meetings and manage the executive calendar.
Brainstorm, develop and, in some cases, produce original series for YouTube Kids. Familiarize yourself with company-owned IP and seek out opportunities to re-develop for a YouTube Kids audience. Create pitch decks and development materials and/or hire contractors to assist in putting together necessary materials.
Heavy phone management, roll calls, provide notes for calls as requested. Research song information to complete clearance forms for licensing department. Coordinate and distribute scripts, subsequent drafts/pages to department.
Find and book compelling guests for the show, following booking protocols. Write preparation documents for interviews. Develop and produce guest segments.
Coordinate general meetings, maintain scripts, production schedules, session sheets, cast lists, master lists and all other casting related documents for all shows. Edit and upload actor materials such as auditions, demos, etc via iMovie and Cast-It.
Support production logistics by tracking call sheets, scripts, schedules, and other materials through digital platforms; assist with local on-set coordination as needed.
