Efficiently support an executive responsible for negotiating deals for writing, directing, acting and producing clients in scripted television.
Rolling calls, heavy scheduling, and managing a high-volume calendar. Submitting client materials for open jobs and assignments. Reading and covering scripts and other literary material.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Creative Development Executives, including complex calendaring, meeting coordination, call scheduling, and travel arrangements. Assist in the creative evaluation process by reviewing scripts, drafting coverage, and compiling feedback.
Support content partnerships and pre-buy initiatives, contributing to partner discussions, deal negotiations, and the development of collaborative opportunities that strengthen ITV’s content pipeline across film, series, and children’s programming.
Provide administrative support to both the VP of Unscripted and VP of Film, including heavy calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reports. Support development and production workflows for both teams.
