Oversee the airing of all graphic elements during live program. Work with director and line producer to maintain graphic look and accuracy. Work closely with producers to research, select and locate required footage for broadcast.

General administrative duties: maintaining files, copying, scanning. Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by Production Coordinator. Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by Production Coordinator. Set up and coordinate various meals, craft service, events, greet guests.
Create guest itineraries, coordinate travel, arrival, and parking details, and answer any questions from time of booking until post-show. Greet guests on show days, act as point of contact for any questions, and ensure they get to and from wardrobe, stage, etc.
Overseeing all aspects of production of Nightly News broadcast pieces including booking, writing, ordering or making graphics, gathering elements, editing, and producing both long-lead feature stories and day-of crash pieces.
Strong interest in political reporting and election coverage and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment.
Find and book compelling guests for the show, following booking protocols. Write preparation documents for interviews. Develop and produce guest segments.
Help research and fact check stories with speed and accuracy. Pitch smart and engaging stories for daily and future segments that will resonate with our audience.
Partner with department directors and managers to plan, prepare and provide the schedules of TV production crew and studio facilities, solving for logistical, budgetary, technical, and human dependencies.
Input, manage and maintain group assignment schedule. Send daily assignments out to staff. Production support in-office and on location.
Support script team with assembling scripts for the show. Format sketches/Execute revisions using Final Draft. Proofread sketches and all written copy for grammar and accuracy.
