Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visa and passport requirements, while processing expense reports and purchase orders.
Firsthand communication with Producers upon arrival and throughout the day. Assist in the collection and logging of project statuses and key information. Keep the production team up to date on project status.

Coordinates shipping of materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Manages day-to-day tracking of CG asset build in production database.
Thoughtfully manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones. Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, attendance tracking.
Support end-to-end production needs across broadcast, digital, and live event programming. Coordinate graphics, conduct research and assist with video production. Shoot, produce, edit and publish social media content with a strong understanding of platform best practices.
Manage and maintain the production schedule, coordinate team travel, oversee ShotGrid tracking and asset updates, and provide support across departments as needed.
Support feature associate producers with project information, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring they have the elements to complete their tasks. Interface with clients if required elements for jobs are missing. Assist producer in the creation, actualizing and billing of work orders.
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Head of Production and as needed, the scripted production team. Prepare and send a daily agenda outlining meetings, priorities, deadlines, and production updates.
