Support feature associate producers with project information, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring they have the elements to complete their tasks. Interface with clients if required elements for jobs are missing. Assist producer in the creation, actualizing and billing of work orders.
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the Head of Production and as needed, the scripted production team. Prepare and send a daily agenda outlining meetings, priorities, deadlines, and production updates.
Support high-volume executive slates, covering many titles in various stages of Development, Production, and Post. -Track show-level calendars and data, keeping internal systems up to date.
Perform daily check-ins with members of production, artists and supervisors to determine the status of work on the show. Stays abreast of issues on the floor, anticipates potential issues and elevates information to Prod Sup and/or Production Manager.
Participate with Resource and Innovation Teams with a focus on R&D, identifying and testing new software and workflows. In addition to note taking and report sharing. Maintain an Innovation database in partnership with development with respect to prospective animation partners.
Working closely with the Digital Production Managers, Producers, and the client to set and plan the weekly/monthly projects meeting schedule. Communicating schedule conflicts between the Client and Production Management teams.
Provide support to the President, Production on all aspects of physical production. Maintain timeline calendars for the entire production slate and priority development titles for Disney Live Action, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures. Maintain database of project assignments and coverage across departments.
Support the Head of Production, Roku Media on all aspects of physical production. Provide administrative support to the Head of Production including; scheduling meetings, organizing incoming documents, submit expense reports, and undertaking various projects associated with the overall business.
Assists Production Supervisor with maintaining quotas, deadlines & inventory, ensuring departmental productivity goals are consistently met. Understands the department and works with Supervisor to maintain the department schedule.
