Provide overall administrative production support and assistance, including detailed involvement in all show day procedures.
Managing complex scheduling, production documentation, reporting, travel logistics, payment processing, and cross-department coordination across multiple scripted television projects.
Firsthand communication with Producers upon arrival and throughout the day. Assist in the collection and logging of project statuses and key information.
Work within Sky Sports’ production team to deliver smooth, planned & efficient processes that support outstanding content creation across all platforms.
Build and maintain databases and shared drive documentation across multiple projects. Prepare spreadsheets and reports containing confidential information. Review budgets and pull financial information as needed.
Serve as a primary source of information for artists; have regular check-ins with artists (virtually and in-person), and build strong, trusting relationships with the crew.
Coordinate any/all of the following meetings: Storyboard Handouts, Design Reviews, Pitches, Leica Screenings, Art Approvals, Animatic Reviews and any additional Production specific requests.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visa and passport requirements, while processing expense reports and purchase orders.
Firsthand communication with Producers upon arrival and throughout the day. Assist in the collection and logging of project statuses and key information. Keep the production team up to date on project status.
