Provides overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor and crew within a specific department(s).

Support the animation team throughout production by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes and tracking action points.
Edits actualities, play-by-play highlights and audio from ESPN and NY local shows across all ESPN platforms. Will make decisions regarding the most relevant audio cuts for ESPN NY Audio and other ESPN platforms.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Take notes during meetings and distribute in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of screenings and shipments.
Support the coordination of international format launches and pre-production sessions, both remote and in-person, ensuring all logistics and materials are in place.
Work closely with live and tape content producers daily to support content created for programming across NFL platforms.
Development and Greenlit tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments, and episodes.
Supporting teams in the production office, on location or in studio environments. Helping to research stories, contributors and locations for programmes.
Support the host and editorial team in all aspects of daily show production. Assist with pre-production, live production, and post-production tasks.
Daily duties are research focused, ranging from talent and IP ideation to story development and more.
