Reading incoming project submissions and providing feedback. Reading project drafts and providing feedback. Contributing to the brainstorming of lists of writers, directors and cast for various projects and checking their availabilities with agencies.

Reading scripts, writing coverage and engaging in/consuming and tracking various forms of media that could be of interest to the development teams, including but not limited to podcasts, television series, movies, novels, comic books, web series, social media personalities, documentaries, articles, etc.

Meeting with agents and shadowing assistants across the department to gain a thorough understanding of what it takes to be a successful future Scripted TV agent. Support with various department projects and administrative tasks, such as script coverage, updating grids, etc.

The literary media department works like an internal production company bringing together creative elements for each project it represents, whether a book, short story, graphic novel, comic book, screenplay, script for stage, pilot, article, or podcast.
