Support the development of multiple movies and series projects simultaneously, with primary focus on Italian-language originals. Collaborate closely with writers, show-runners, and production partners throughout the development process.

Build relationships with show creators and creative community. Assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches. Work with writers and artists to develop series ideas and scripts.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including visa and passport requirements, while processing expense reports and purchase orders.
Thoughtfully manage complex calendars and scheduling for teams in multiple locations and time zones. Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms, AV needs, document distribution, attendance tracking.
Provide thoughtful feedback on IP, concepts, pitches and scripts, and collaborate with top creators across multiple countries. Collaborate with regional and global creative and productions executives across the International Originals team and provide insight and support on select projects as needed.
