Read, evaluate, and provide thoughtful coverage and feedback on incoming screenplays and creative submissions, demonstrating strong story instincts and enthusiasm for the development process. Track script & material submissions and maintain internal documentation.
Manage the calendars of the EVP, Film Production and SVP, Film Post Production. Organize ad hoc and weekly meetings for Production/Creative/BA/Finance on all film productions. Manage the phone sheet and monitor calls for the EVP, Film Production.

Reading and evaluating material, including script coverage and notes. Tracking incoming submissions and active development projects. Assisting with pitches and development materials.
Organize and prioritize deadlines, follow through on tasks and keep your manager informed of your progress. Roll calls, take detailed notes, and manage / update submission log and call log. Read and provide coverage on a high volume of material (books, scripts, etc).
Managing complex scheduling and rolling calls; tracking, drafting, and distributing correspondence; maintaining databases; organizing digital and physical files; and providing project management support across an active and diverse slate of projects.
Develop and maintain day-to-day schedules prioritizing activities with good judgment and business understanding, proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts. Domestic & international travel itineraries and expense reports.
Responsibilities include house management, running errands, handling phone calls, billing, scheduling, research, and a variety of day-to-day support tasks.
