The TV Development and Current Series Intern will shadow and be able to share their creative point of view on content with high-level executives on both sides of Development and Production.
Coordinates shipping of materials to partner studios and ensures that the work is labeled and filed accurately. Manages day-to-day tracking of CG asset build in production database.
Track and read submissions and writing samples and offer written thoughts/coverage in a timely manner. Offer critical feedback on creative submissions. Support and track ongoing efforts to search for fresh comedic and artistic voices.
Schedule and coordinate meetings. Ensure that the Producer/Director have accurate calendars and are aware of meetings that they need to attend. Prepare necessary documents for the Producer/Director (i.e. materials for meetings).

Manages the department schedule, tracks the labor weeks and coordinates the day-to-day workflow. Approves and manages overtime in their departments.
Provides overall general assistance to the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor and crew within a specific department(s). Be in service to the production (i.e. seek ways to proactively support the crew, Production Coordinator and Production Supervisor, build the trust of the artists, know when to elevate issues, understand priorities and how to balance multiple requests including those which may come from outside of your department).
Works with APM, PM and/or AP to meet overall production scheduling and budget requirements and helps to ensure the department budget and scheduling are updated as changes are made to the film’s production flow and/or staffing profile. Understands how changes may affect their department’s budget, scheduling and overtime.
