Schedules and manages EVP’s calendar including the coordination of meetings with multiple participants (internal and external partners). Screens and responds to incoming calls and correspondence.

Handle general administrative duties including answering phones, travel arrangements, expense reports, etc. Distribute screeners of submissions to clients. Attend internal meetings, maintain notes and coordinate actions plan for follow up.
Manage calendars for the President and EVP, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts.
