Support Digital Content Director in execution of content strategies for short form videos with a focus on SPT shows and IP. Assist with digital production, scheduling and deadlines as well as creator outreach & coordination.

Create production and edit schedules, manage timelines across multiple concurrent projects, and ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget. Provide creative direction on projects as needed.
Create and communicate weekly schedules for writers, reporters, and editors. Serve as the liaison and gatekeeper to internal and external stakeholders including talent, staff, agents, and production companies.
Manage calendars for the President and EVP, including scheduling conference calls and meetings and closely monitoring calendars to resolve scheduling conflicts.
Help with location scouting, equipment rentals, creator casting, and crew coordination. Prepare call sheets and support the Producer/ Production Manager in all stages of production. Provide support during shoots, including managing schedules, coordinating logistics, and assisting with talent.
