General administrative tasks including phone coverage and running occasional errands. Preparing and reviewing pitch materials and contributing creative projects. Work closely with executive assistants and other team members to support day-to-day operations.

Create lists of directors, writers, and actors for projects in development. Develop an awareness and timely communication skills regarding important personnel changes and other developments in the industry at large that might impact on client business of production projects.

Oversee projects in development, pre-production and production. Collaborate with show producers, line producers, production managers and creative executives and offer assessments on budgets, production plans, and schedules. Includes feedback on production risks and/or options that can impact staying on budget and schedule.
