Manage the development pipeline, including pitches, presentations, pilots, proof-of-concepts, step deals, and first-season orders.
Ideate, develop, and produce original scripted concepts and expand existing IP into repeatable series, focusing on those with strong audience hooks, emotional clarity, and repeatable franchise value.
Evaluate the quality of scripts and offer creative feedback. Track writers and directors. Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches.
Development and Greenlit tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments, and episodes.
Identify and create unique original drama concepts and ideas. Research and develop new show ideas that originate from both internal sources and acquired pitches.
Review incoming pitch materials, write detailed coverage, and provide creative recommendations to the development team to inform greenlight decisions.
Duties include complex calendar management, phone coverage, administrative support, meeting coordination, expense reporting, and sales support.
Serve as a key point of contact for the creative department across internal and external communications. Conduct research and provide support for strategic initiatives and presentations.
Coordinating meetings and schedules, managing project workflows, organizing creative materials and assets, and developing presentations, decks, and visual materials.
