Track contracts, and maintain data on deals, studio release calendars, market share files, and any other information needed to best serve our clients. Serve as the first point of contact with clients and executives. Assist with special projects as needed.

Administrative duties including handling heavy phones, calendar management, note taking, arranging travel, and general office management tasks. Understanding connectivity across all departments to make projects happen. Track all projects, data, leads, etc.

Track clients, potential clients projects and financiers. Assist with special projects, research, flagging trades, news and compiling information as needed. Stay up to date on current events within the entertainment landscape, especially as it relates to Motion Pictures and Television.
