The PA assists and supports the Production Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and department leadership with day-to-day issues and projects as they arise.

Working closely with the Digital Production Managers, Producers, and the client to set and plan the weekly/monthly projects meeting schedule. Communicating schedule conflicts between the Client and Production Management teams.
Work alongside the Feature Production Sr Manager and Head of Production Management to develop strategies for short and long term production crew retention plans, with the goal of maintaining a high level of excellence with our Production Team talent.
Develop and execute an outreach strategy to secure program-qualified pitches. Build and foster relationships with B.C. and Alberta-based producers, particularly among equity- and narrative sovereignty-seeking filmmakers.
