Bleacher Report seeks a production assistant with solid knowledge of the Sports landscape and internet culture to help produce for our short-form social team.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- Contributing ideas for day-to-day creation of staple content primarily around the NBA and NFL but not limited to MLB, NHL, College Sports, Gambling, Soccer, WNBA, and more.
- Spending time working with editors and designers to create engaging content for platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Stories, TikTok, and more.
- Contribute and pitch ideas during brainstorms and creative development sessions.
- Help manage and organize all produced content.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- 1+ Year(s) of work in sports, digital media, content creation or social media preferred.
- Must have experience working in large sports and/or gaming within the social media industry.
- Must love and have a deep passion for sports, internet culture and meme culture.
- Must have a strong familiarity with the NBA and NFL with a decent understanding of the rest of the sports landscape.
- Must have a passion of content creation in the social space, social media platforms, and sports news
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
