• Learn and operate sound capture equipment, including but not limited to mixers, mics and booms, ensuring high production value and consistency.
• Demonstrate an ability to put together interview frames and produce shoots when assigned, understanding what sound is needed in the scope of an episode or feature.
• Shoot behind the scenes footage of press conferences, practices and games.
• Ability to operate and function on a crew, taking direction and instruction but also showing an ability to operate independently.

• Assist with packing for road trips, gaining a great understanding of full gear inventory and how everything is used
• Work with Media Manager and producers on logging and organizing media
• Assist producers and editors during the post-production process, organizing projects, collecting supporting footage, making graphics and editing scenes/promotional teasers when assigned.
