Coordinating logistics and necessary prep materials for internal and external meetings, panels and/or media interviews.

Liaising with writers, editorial minds, and external contacts, you’ll report to the Story Editor, providing them with fact-based research to support the exciting, drama-filled stories they’re looking to tell.

Responsibilities include coordinating calendars and team operations; maintaining organizational systems and shared resources; preparing creative materials and more.

Contribute fresh, exciting ideas and help shape them into strong formats. Write clear, engaging treatments, one-pagers, and pitch documents.

Maintain submission log & return materials when appropriate. Coordinate meetings; maintain files and status reports for all aspects of production.

Takes delivery of all project submissions at varying stages (scripts, works-in-progress, finished films), logs and organizes them and on a weekly basis using the company’s Airtable database, oversees meetings to disseminate said projects to various executives in the department and the company.

Supporting pitch response owners with schedule creation and management, document gathering, arranging check-ins and inter-department meetings, and liaising with the design team to meet key milestones and deadlines.

Review and validate deal memos submitted by casting directors and production teams, ensuring they adhere to applicable guild regulations and the studio’s internal policies.

Serve as a brand ambassador and provide professional studio tours to paying guests in addition to studio executives and high-level clients.
