Support the development of multiple series projects simultaneously. Collaborate closely with production partners and talent throughout the development and production process.

Identify, assess, and develop high-potential projects aligned with Amazon’s content strategy. Cultivate and manage relationships with top-tier producers, writers, directors, and talent in Japan.

Oversees and approves all Call Sheets, Production Reports, Deal Memos, Work Authorizations, Rental Authorizations, etc. Participates in production scouts and planning.

Proactively originate, identify and secure distinctive unscripted ideas, formats, talent-led concepts, strategic partnerships and existing intellectual property for FOX.

Oversee scripted content projects through development, production, and post-production. Partner with show producers, line producers, production managers, and creative executives to assess budgets, schedules, and production plans.

Oversees multiple cost trackers, across a range of scales, providing recommendations to Producers and Production Managers for bringing budgets in on target.

Use and generate briefs to creatively interpret and deliver on budgetary aims. Edit and publish videos using Adobe Premiere and/or bulk asset upload and creation products.

Seek out and assess pilot proposals, scripts, and pitches. Recruit new creative talent. Work with writers to develop story and scripts.

Exercises excellent creative and business judgement, especially in spotting the potential in ideas for development or greenlight. Manage relationships with creators, directors, producers, production companies, artist representatives and creative community.

Build and leverage deep relationships with filmmakers, producers, agents, managers, and financiers to secure early access to projects.
